Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company has been notified that on 8 April 2013, David McKeith, a Non-executive Director of Sportech, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 96.75 pence per Share.

Following the above purchase, David McKeith now holds 30,000 Shares representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
