Director/PDMR – shareholding

SJP announces the following changes in the holding of SJP ordinary shares held by the Director named below.

On 27 May 2015, Andrew Croft, Chief Financial Officer, notified the Company that on 27 May 2015 he exercised an option to acquire 3,040 ordinary 15p shares in SJP under the SJP Share Save Scheme with an option price of £2.96 per ordinary share and as a result, acquired on exercise 3,040 ordinary SJP shares.

Following the above transaction, Mr Croft holds 890,567 SJP shares.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
