discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company"), a leading international designer, manufacturer and supplier of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 23 February 2022, Bruce Thompson acquired 11,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £7.94 and on 24 February 2022, Rosalind Kainyah acquired 656 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £7.55.
Following these purchases, Bruce Thompson is interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's voting share capital and Rosalind Kainyah is interested in 656 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's voting share capital.
