SnackTime plc (the "Company') was notified yesterday that Michael Jackson, non-executive Director of the Company, has transferred 1,384,971 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") to his SIPP. The transfer was effected by means of a sale and purchase of 1,000,000 Shares on 20 April 2016 with a sale price of 5.4959p and purchase price of 5.5p and a sale and purchase of 384,971 Shares on 25 April 2016 at a sale price 6.9948p and a purchase price of 7p. As a result, Michael Jackson's unchanged direct interest now comprises 1,781,971 Shares representing approximately 2.4 per cent. of the Company's issued shares.
