Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or "the Company") announces that it received notification on 2 August 2011 that on 1 August 2011 David Anthony, a Non-executive Director of PCFG, had purchased 133,333 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on behalf of his wife, Mrs. Brigid Anthony at a price of 7.5p per share . Mrs. Anthony's shares are held in her HL Vantage SIPP in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited. Following the purchase Mr. Anthony is beneficially interested in 286,278 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.54% of the issued share capital.
