Gyrus Group PLC11 May 2007 GYRUS GROUP PLC ("The Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding The Company, a leading supplier of medical devices to reduce trauma andcomplications in surgery, has received notification from Charles Goodwin, VicePresident, Gyrus ACMI Surgical Division, that on 11th May 2007 he exercisedoptions under the Gyrus Group US Stock Option Plan over 25,000 ordinary sharesof 1p each at an exercise price of £2.135 per share. Subsequently, all 25,000 shares arising from the exercise were sold at a priceof £4.76 per share. This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4.
