Robert Walters PLC12 March 2007 12 March 2007 Robert Walters PLC (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was informed today that Robert Walters, Chief Executive Officer ofthe Company, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 346 penceper share. Following this disposal Mr Walters is beneficially interested in2,186,732 ordinary shares which represents 2.95% of the issued share capital ofthe Company. The Company was also informed that on Friday 9th March 2007 Timothy Barker,Chairman of the Company until he stands down at the Annual General Meeting to beheld on 10th May, sold 39,411 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 346pence per share. Following this disposal Mr Barker no longer has any beneficialinterest in the Company.
