In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 SuperGroup announces that notification was received on 30 March 2015 that Euan Sutherland, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, bought 10,117 ordinary shares of five pence each in the Company at a price of 980.5p pence per share on 30 March 2015.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Euan Sutherland has increased to 11,613 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
