Disclosure of Director's interest in shares
Havelock Europa PLC announces that, on 18 June 2008, under the Sharesave Scheme 2005, Richard Lowery, an Executive Director of the Group, has been awarded 1,529 shares at an option price of 59p.
The award will vest on 1 August 2011.
Following this award, Mr Lowery holds options over 137,395 shares.
