Notification of Director's Interest in Shares

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company received notice on 27 August 2013 that on that date Mr N P Henry, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, sold 5,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company (Shares) at a price of 1100.611p per share. The Company also received notice on 28 August 2013 that on that date Mr Henry sold a further 10,500 Shares so that Mr Henry sold in aggregate a total of 16,000 shares over the two days at an average price of 1101.239p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 126013 Shares representing 0.25 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
