The Company announces that it was notified on 10 September 2014 that Lennart Sten, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased a total of 2,971 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,329 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 and 9 September 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Sten's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 2,971 Ordinary Shares (0.007%).
