Waterman Group PLC13 December 2005 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company was today informed that Mr Barry J Gore, a director of the Company,yesterday sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £1.43 per share.Following this transaction, Mr Gore's beneficial interest has decreased to150,045 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.5 per cent of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company. The Company was also today informed that Mr Nicholas J Taylor, a director of theCompany, today sold 7,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £1.43 pershare.
