DIRECTOR DEALING

Waterman Group plc, a leading engineering and environmental consultancy, announces that Nicholas Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today acquired 2,704 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.89p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Taylor is now interested in 178,246 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of Waterman.
