Bioquell PLC11 April 2007 TO: COMPANIES ANNOUNCEMENT OFFICE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 11 April 2007 BIOQUELL PLC Director's exercise of options Director's sale of shares On 10 April 2007, Nicholas Adams, Chief Executive of BIOQUELL PLC ("BIOQUELL" orthe "Company") informed the Company that he had: (i) exercised 200,000 optionsover BIOQUELL ordinary shares ("Shares") with an exercise price of 44p and anexpiry date next week (18 April, 2007); and (ii) sold 174,113 shares in themarket at 132p per Share.
