Ireland Group plc (the "Company") Directors' Dealing 2 May 2007 The Company was advised yesterday that following the allocation of a scripdividend on 29th April 2007, two of the Directors of the Company have increasedtheir shareholding in the Company. David Youngman, Managing Director, increased his holding by 56,520 ordinaryshares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Youngman now holds 2,279,681Ordinary Shares (representing 13.9% of the issued share capital of the Company).
