Umeco plc - Notification of changes in Directors & PDMRs interests

Pursuant to notifications received in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, Umeco plc announces the following changes to the interests of Andrew Moss and Steve Bowers and their connected persons in 25 pence ordinary shares in Umeco plc, which occurred on 22 June 2012. There is no change in the total beneficial interest of either Andrew Moss or Steve Bowers as a result of these changes, which arise from transfers of shares between them and their respective spouses for no consideration.
