Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company received notification on 19 November 2009 that on that day, Tony Rafferty, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife Andrea Rafferty for nil consideration.

As a result of this transaction, Tony Rafferty's notifiable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 9,162,222 Ordinary Shares representing 20.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
