Director's interest
Further to the announcement dated 10 September 2009, Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announces that on 15 December, 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in the estate of the late mother of Peter Harris, the Company's non-executive Chairman, were transferred to Mr Harris.
As a result of the transfer, Mr Harris remains interested in 800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.95% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
