The Company was notified on 23 July 2008 that on the same day Egbert Imomoh purchased 108,073 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 115 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr Imomoh's holding is 772,458 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
