Director's dealings
The Group announces that on 8 May 2013 it received notification that on the same date Michael Dodson, a Non-executive Director of the Company, sold 100,000 shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 370 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Michael Dodson now holds 89,250 Ordinary Shares which is 0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
