Empresaria Group PLC10 October 2005 Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Company") Pursuant to Empresaria's acquisition of the minority interests of Social WorkAssociates, the Company has been informed that Nick Hall-Palmer, FinanceDirector of Empresaria, has acquired an interest in 5,641 ordinary shares of 5pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 63.5p pence pershare on 29 July 2005. Mr Hall-Palmer has acquired these Ordinary Sharespursuant to his shareholding in Social Work Associates Ltd. His total holdingfollowing the transaction is 201,647 Ordinary Shares representing approximately0.93 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 21,730,102 OrdinaryShares.
