Director's Dealing

Air Partner has received notification from Aubrey Adams, non-executive Chairman of the Company, that 20,000 Air Partner Ordinary Shares (the "Shares"), beneficially owned by Mr. Adams, were on 11 August 2010 released from Mr Adam's deposit at Lloyds of London. The Company had been informed in December 2008 that while there has been no change in the beneficial ownership of the Shares, the deposit may have represented a provision of security over the Shares.

These Shares comprise 100% of Mr Adam's entire shareholding in the Company, and represent approximately 0.20% of the issued share capital of Air Partner.
