Awards under the Tarsus Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") received notification on 5 March 2018 from the following Directors that on 5 March 2018 they were granted awards in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") under the rules of the LTIP.

Under normal circumstances the awards will vest and become exercisable three years following the date of grant.
