Flybe Group Plc ("Flybe" or the "Company")

The Company announces that it was notified on 9 November 2016 that Simon Laffin, Executive Chairman has acquired 191,404 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 38.983p per share.

Mr Laffin previously owned 288,000 shares in the Company and the recent acquisition takes his shareholding to 479,404 shares which represents 0.22% of the issued share capital.
