Director Shareholding

The Company announces that Sara Williams has transferred 2,608,510 ordinary shares of 1p each to Peter Williams on 1 April 2010 for nil consideration.

As a result Sara Williams holds 4,997,226 ordinary shares representing approximately 16.3% of the issued share capital of the Company and Peter Williams holds 4,997,185 ordinary shares representing approximately 16.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
