Director PDMR Shareholding

Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces that on 1st May 2012 it was advised that Mrs Jennifer Groom, spouse of Mr Alistair Groom, an Executive Director of the Company, on 27th April 2012 disposed of 7,900 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 140p per ordinary share and on the same day acquired 7,900 Ordinary Shares into her personal ISA at 140p per ordinary share.

Following this announcement Mr Groom and his connected persons holds a total of 334,500 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.83% of the total voting rights of the company.
