Notification of a Share Option Award to a Director

Regus plc (the 'Company') announces that the Company has granted a share option over 1,000,000 shares to Dominique Yates on 2 September 2011 at a price of £0.7435p per share under the Regus plc Share Option Plan initially approved by shareholders of Regus Group plc on 18th May 2004 and again on 14th October 2008 by the Company's shareholders following a corporate transaction.

The vesting of the share options will be subject to the satisfaction of certain corporate performance targets and periods.
