AGA RANGEMASTER GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBIITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 1st December 2010, Ordinary shares of 46 7/8 pence were purchased under the AGA Rangemaster Group plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("the Plan"). Dividends reinvested on 1st December 2010 were the interim dividend of 0.7 pence per share.
