NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS', PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1), ITE Group Plc ('the Company') was notified on 14 January 2016, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, of the following transaction:

That Neil Jones, Chief Financial Officer, sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('ordinary shares') on 12 January 2016 at a price of 147.81 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Jones holds 175,868 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.068% of the Company's issued share capital.
