Hambledon Mining PLC14 July 2005 Hambledon Mining plc ("Hambledon" or "the Company") Director Shareholding Hambledon was advised yesterday that Alzhan Shomaev, a director of the Company,sold 6,650,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 8.5p per share on 13 July 2005. Following the above sale, Alzhan Somaev now has a total holding of 23,521,232ordinary shares, representing 8.97 per cent. of the issued share capital ofHambledon.
