The Company announces that on 2 June 2011 Peter Tom CBE, a director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") for 18.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Mr Tom now holds 32,283,333 Ordinary Shares which represents 5.75% of Company's Total Voting Rights.
