Director's Dealing
Entu (UK) plc ("Entu"), the home improvement group providing energy efficiency products and services to homeowners in the UK, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by David Forbes, Non-Executive Chairman. The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 26 November 2015. David has purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60.50p per Ordinary Share and 40,000 shares at a price of 60.75p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, David has an interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
