Director/PDMR Shareholding
Chamberlin has been notified that on Friday 10th September 2010, Alan Howarth, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 77p per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Howarth's shareholding in the Company has increased to 11,300 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.15 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
