Pinewood Shepperton plc ("the Company") announces that in accordance with the FSA announcement on 9 January 2009 with respect to DTR 3.1.2, the following directors have pledged shares in the company:
Ivan Dunleavy, Chief Executive Officer, has pledged 60,000 ordinary shares purchased as collateral for a personal loan entered into on 19 October 2006.
Mr Dunleavy's total shareholding in the Company is 1,196,534 ordinary shares.
