The Company announces that it was notified on 18 March 2016 that a company directly held and beneficially owned by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,232 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,490 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 March 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 21,362,425 Ordinary Shares (50.69%).
