Director/PDMR Shareholdings: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 18 June 2008 of the following transactions by

Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their

Connected Persons.

On 16 June 2008, Aubrey Adams, non-executive chairman, purchased 2,500 shares at 805p and 5,000 shares at 815p. Following this transaction Mr Adams has an interest of

7,500 shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
