Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R(1)

On 8 December 2015, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Michael Rodwell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the Company had, on the same day, transferred 2,362 ordinary shares of 75/9p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Amanda Rodwell, a connected person of Michael Rodwell.

The Company was additionally notified on 8 December 2015 that Amanda Rodwell had, on the same day, sold 2,362 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £8.29 per share.
