Keller Group plc (`the Company')
Keller Group plc announces that Justin Atkinson, a director of the Company, has today transferred 18,345 ordinary 10p shares in the Company to his spouse, Mrs Gillian Atkinson, for nil consideration. Mr Atkinson's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares, at 73,737 shares, is unchanged as a result of this transaction.
