The Company has been notified that during the period 2 April 2012 to 5 April 2012, Alex Bevis, Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company, acquired 17,115 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") beneficially held by him at an average price of 235.3 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 27,839 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 percent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
