Boot's non-beneficial holding ofOrdinary Shares in the Company has been reduced from 119,566 shares to 93,383shares (0.35% of shares in issue) consequent upon the transfer on 11th November2006 of 26,183 shares from a family trust to a beneficiary who has attained theage of 21.
