Directors' Dealings

The Company was today notified of the following Directors' Dealings.

Peter Gunning, Acting CEO of the Company, advised that on 9 February 2016 his SIPP purchased 60,413 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.80 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Peter Gunning's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.17 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Conrad Bona, a Non-executive Director of the Company, advised that on 8 February 2016 he purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.58 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Conrad Bona's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 450,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.98 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
