Goals announces that on 23 July 2012 Susan Payton a connected person and wife of Morris Payton, transferred 157,329 shares to Morris Payton, a director of the Company. Following this transaction, the shareholding of Morris Payton and persons connected to him is unchanged and they are interested in 271,910 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
