Director Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 26 November 2008 AMB Investments Limited, a company controlled by and for the benefit of Andrew Davison (Non-executive Chairman) and his family, acquired 37,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120 pence per share, taking Mr. Davison's total interest to 86,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
