The Company announces that it was yesterday notified that David Jackson, a non-executive director, has sold 50,000 ordinary shares in Andes at a price of 21 pence per share.

Following this transaction, David Jackson is interested in 1,236,490 ordinary shares in Andes representing 0.24% of the Company's current issued share capital.
