Dart Group PLC05 September 2005 5 September 2005 DART GROUP PLC ("the Company") Director's Shareholding Mike Forder, Group Finance Director, has today purchased 15,000 Dart Group PLCordinary 5p shares at a price of 272p. These shares will be held in a SIP. Mike Forder has also sold 6,409 5p ordinary shares at a price of 268p. Theseshares were formerly held in an ISA.
