Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that on 24 March 2016, Anthony Leppard, Company Secretary of the Company, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his spouse, Vanessa Leppard for nil consideration.

Following the transfer Mr Leppard continues to have a direct interest in 517,530 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
