Theshares were sold at a price of 356.25 pence per share, at the request of aminority shareholder in Belding. Following this sale, Belding's resultantshareholding in Urals is 8,710,000 shares, equivalent to 7.39 per cent. of theCompany's total shares in issue. This disclosure is being made as a result of Mr Leonid Dyachenko's majorityownership of Belding.
