Purchase of shares by Mr Mark Cropper

The Company was notified on 9th March 2009 that on that day Mark Cropper, Deputy Chairman, bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 67 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mark Cropper has a beneficial interest in the Company of 1,206,199 Ordinary Shares representing 14.2% and a non-beneficial interest in the Company of 160,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
