Directors' Shareholding 

The Company was notified yesterday that Stephen Falder, Business Development Director & Deputy Chairman, acquired 50,000 shares in the Company at 21.25 pence per share on 3 July 2008  and a further 10,824 ordinary shares at 21.25 pence per shares on 7 July 2008, in each case through a pension scheme of which he is both a trustee and a beneficiary. 

As a result Mr Falder's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 4,848,581 ordinary shares representing 10.86 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
