Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 16 September 2011 that following the purchase on 16 September 2011 of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 39.94 pence per share, Jonson Cox (Chairman) now has an interest in 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.05% of the total shares in issue.
